Ad is a very talented person he is intelligent, and he is very humoristic, it is a pleasure to be in his company. He is very loyal.
One of the things that I admire most of him is that when he has a plan and when he has an idea, he goes deep in the material. When he has an idea, he figures everything out, what he must know. He has a very broad knowledge about many items of the area where he is interested, and when he must do business, he goes into the deep and in no time, he knows all the details of it.
